Long Island Iced Tea is one of the tastiest yet strongest cocktails in the world. Dr. Cork mixes 3 variations: the 1920s original “Old Man Bishop”, the infamous Adios MF and the fortified extra strong Last Drop Edition.

Ingredients

Old Man Bishop (The Original Kingsport 1920s version)

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Maple syrup
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Lemon juice
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
  • 4 oz. / 120 ml Cola
  • Garbish with a Lime wedge
  • Build in highball glass over ice. My favorite variation.

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml 7Up or Sprite
  • Garbish with a Lemon wheel
  • Build in highball glass over ice.

Last Drop Edition (Extra Strong)
