Cocktails from Archer

Ingredients

Peppermint Patty

• 6 oz. / 180 ml Hot Cacao
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Creme de cacao liqueur (dark)
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Peppermint Liqueur
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Peppermint schnapps
• Thermos

Black Mexican

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Tequila añejo
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Coffee liqueur
• Ice, Shake
• Old fashioned glass with ice

Black Mexican (Cocktail Chemistry Edition)

• ½ oz. / 15 ml Coffee liqueur
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Sweet vermouth
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Blanco Tequila
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Mezcal joven
• 1 dash of chocolate (or Orange) bitters
• Stir
• Garnish with Orange peel

Margarita / Archerita

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Tequila (from 100% blue agave)
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Cointreau
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lime juice
• Rim the Margarita glass with salt
• Shake

Gomme syrup

• ¾ cup / 180 ml Water
• 25 grams Gum Arabic
• 200 grams Sugar

Daiquiri

• 4 oz. / 120 ml Cuban Rum
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Lime juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Gomme syrup
• Shake
• Strain into a big Cockail glass
• Garnish with a Lime twist
