Barbeheimer cocktails

Ingredients

Oppenheimer Martini

• 4 oz. / 120 ml Gin
• 1 teaspoon Dry Vermouth
• Honey, Lime juice to rim the glass

Oppenheimer's Elixir

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Dark rum
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Elderflower liqueur
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Demerara (or simple) syrup
• 1 dash of Angostura bitters
• Garnish with a Lime wheel

Barbie Shop

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Gin
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lychee liqueur
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Raspberry liqueur
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Lime juice
• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Simple syrup
• Egg white
• 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters on top

Citrus Barbie

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Limoncello
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Campari
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Grapefruit soda
• Garnish with an Orange chip
