Ingredients

Campari & Soda

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Campari
  • Top with Soda Water
  • Garnish with an Orange peel
  • Build in a Highball glass with ice, stir gently

Campari Shakerato

  • 3 oz. / 90 ml Campari
  • Express oils from an Orange peel
  • Shake hard with ice, fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass

Campari Sour

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Campari
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ⅓–½ oz. / 10–15 ml Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • 1 Egg White (or alternative foamer)
  • 2–3 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Garnish with Lemon peel oils
  • Shake with ice, fine strain into a chilled Cocktail glass
