Negroni (4 versions)

Ingredients

Coffee Negroni

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Gin
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Campari
• 10-15 grams of Ground Coffee
• Garnish with Orange peel

Negroni Shake

• 2 parts / 50 ml Gin
• 1 part / 25 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 1 part / 25 ml Campari
• Garnish with Orange wedge
• Shake, coupe glass

Mezcal Negroni

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Mezcal
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Campari
• Old Fashioned glass, smoked

Negroni Sour

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Gin
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Campari
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Amaro
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice
• ¼ oz. / 7 ml Orange juice
• ¼ oz. / 7 ml Simple syrup
• Egg white
• Garnish with Lemon peel
