Ingredients
Somaek (Soju + Beer)
1½–2 oz. / 45–60 ml Soju
5–6 / 150–180 ml Lager beer
Build in a highball or beer glass, stir with a spoon in one motion
Yogurt Soju
2 oz. / 60 ml Grape Soju
3 oz. / 90 ml Fermented yogurt drink (Yakult-style)
⅓ oz. / 10 ml Lemon juice
Garnish with Lemon peel
Shake, fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Soju Mojito
2 oz. / 60 ml Peach soju
⅔ oz. / 20 ml Fresh lime juice
3 slices of Cucumber (muddle)
~10 leaves of Mint
⅓ oz. / 10 ml Simple syrup
Top up with 2 oz. / 60 ml Tonic or Soda
Garnish with Lime wheel and Mint sprig
Shake with ice, fine strain into an ice-filled highball glass
