Beer Cocktails

Ingredients

Mexican Michelada

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Lime juice
• 3 dashes Hot sauce
• 3 dashes Soy sauce (or Maggi sauce)
• 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
• Pinch of Black pepper
• 1 small bottle of Mexican beer
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup (optional)
• Rim the glass with Salt

Corona Sunrise

• 1 bottle Corona beer
• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Tequila blanco
• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Orange juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Grenadine
• 1 Lime wedge

Cranberry Ginger Shandy

• 3 oz. / 90 ml Cranberry juice
• 3 oz. / 90 ml Ginger beer
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Lemon juice
• 6 oz. / 180 ml Pale ale or Wheat beer
• Garnish with Lemon wedge

Lunchbox

• 5 oz. / 150 ml Coors light (or other light beer)
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Amaretto liqueur
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Orange juice
