Ingredients
Sangrita (3–4 servings)
4 oz. / 120 ml fresh Orange juice
2 oz. / 60 ml fresh Graprefruit juice
1 oz. / 30 ml fresh Lime juice
1-2 oz. / 30-60 ml Tomato juice
½ oz. / 15 ml Grenadine syrup
3-5 dashes / to taste) Hot sauce
Worcestershire sauce
2-3 shakes of Salt
2-3 cracks of freshly ground Black pepper
Stir everything together and chill before serving alongside tequila.
Vampiro
2 oz. / 60 ml Reposado tequila
1 oz. / 30 ml Tomato juice
1 oz. / 30 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
½ oz. / 15 ml Grenadine syrup
1-2 dashes Hot sauce
1-2 shakes of Salt
1-2 cracks of freshly ground Black pepper
Garnish with a Lime wedge
Shake, Old fashioned glass with ice
Rosita
1 oz.–1½ oz. / 30-45 ml Reposado Tequila
1/6 oz.— ⅓ oz. / 5-10 ml Reposado Mezcal
½ oz. / 15 ml Sweet vermouth
½ oz. / 15 ml Dry vermouth
½ oz. / 15 ml Campari
2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional)
Garnish with Orange peel
Build in a rocks glass with ice and stir until chilled.
Cantarito
2 oz. / 60 ml Blanco tequila
¾ oz. / 22 ml fresh Grapefruit juice
¾ oz. / 22 ml fresh Orange juice
½ oz. / 15 ml Fresh lime juice
5 drops 20% Saline solution
Top up with Grapefruit soda, 2–3 oz. / 60–90 ml
Garnish with Cajun-spice rim and a grapefruit slice.
Build in a Highball glass over ice, stir gently and top with grapefruit soda.
