Cocktails with Vodka only

Ingredients

Bloody Mary

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka
• 4 oz. / 120 ml Tomato Juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon Juice
• 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
• 2-3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
• 2-3 dashes Maggie sauce (or Soy sauce)
• Pinch of Black Pepper
• Pinch of Salt
• Garnish with Celery stock and Lemon wedge
• Highball glass, with ice

Cucumber Cooler

• 4-6 Cucumber slices
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Lime juice
• Top up with Tonic or Club soda
• Garnish with a couple of Cucumber slices

Vodka Sunrise

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Vodka
• 3 oz. / 90 ml Orange juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Grenadine syrup
• Garnish with an Orange slice

Appletini

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Apple juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Maple syrup
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
• Garnish with an Apple slice
• Cocktail or Martini glass

Mango Splash

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Mango puree
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
• Top up with Club soda
• Garnish with a Mango slice (if you have it)
