Cocktails with just vodka

Ingredients

Lemon Rosemary Vodka Collins

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Vodka
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Lemon juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
• Leaves of a Rosemary sprig
• Top up with Club soda
• Garnish with Rosemary sprig and Lemon wheel

Cucumber Mint Vodka Gimlet

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Vodka
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
• 2-3 slices of Cucumber
• 2-3 Mint leaves
• Garnish with Cucumber slice and Mint sprig

Blackberry Martini

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Lemon juice
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Blackberry syrup
• Garnish with Blackberries

Grapefruit Rosemary Vodka Fizz

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Grapefruit juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
• Leaves from a rosemary sprig
• Top up with Club soda
• Garnish with Grapefruit wedge
