Sour Cocktails

Ingredients

• Whiskey Sour
• 2 oz. whiskey (preferably bourbon)
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• ¾ oz. simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• Garnish: brandied cherry, Angostura bitters (to taste), or lemon peel

Intro to Aperol / Aperol Sour

• 2 oz. Aperol
• 1 oz. Gin
• ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
• ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• Egg white or Aquafaba

Grapefruit Tequila Sour

• 1½ oz. of tequila
• 2 oz. of ruby red grapefruit juice
• 1 oz. of lime juice
• agave syrup to taste
• 1 egg white

Vodka Sour

• 2 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. Lemon juice
• ¾ oz. Simple syrup or Grenadine
• 2 dashes Angostura
• Egg white

Jager sour

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Jagermeister
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Orange juice
• 1 Egg White
