Today's episode is dedicated to Cucumber cocktails: with gin, vodka and rum. Also, one alcohol-free cocktail with cucumber.

Ingredients

Cucumber Collins

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Cucumber juice (or 2 slices)
  • ½ medium-sized Lime, quatered
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Simple syrup
  • ¾ oz. / 45 ml Gin or Vodka
  • Top up with Soda (about 3 oz. / 90 ml
  • Garnish with Cucumber ribbon
  • Shake, Collins glass with ice

Cucumber Ginger Fizz

  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Cucumber juice
  • A small piece of Fresh Ginger
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Lime juice
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Honey syrup (use ⅔ oz. / 20 ml, if too sweet)
  • Top up with Ginger ale
  • Shake, Wine glass with ice
  • Garnish with Cucumber slices

Pot of Gold

  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Cucumber juice
  • 8 fresh Mint leaves
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Elderflower liqueur (or syrup)
  • Top up with 1 oz. / 30 ml Ginger beer
  • Garnish with Cucumber ribbon

Venceremos

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml White rum
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Coconut liqueur (like Malibu)
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Cucumber juice
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Pineapple juice
  • Juice of half a medium Lime ⅓–½ oz. / 10-15 ml
  • 2 drops Sesame oil
  • Garnish with Cucumber wheel
