Summer cocktails 2025

Ingredients

Summer Fizz

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Elderflower Liqueur
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime Juice
• 3-4 Basil leaves
• 3 oz. / 90 ml Soda water
• Garnish with Basil sprig and Cucumber slice
• Build in Highball glass with ice, muddle basil first

Mediterranean Breeze

• 1⅔ oz. / 50 ml White Rum
• 1⅓ oz. / 40 ml White Grape Juice
• ⅔ oz. ./ 20 ml Lime Juice
• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Lavender Syrup
• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Honey Syrup
• 5-7 Fresh Basil leaves
• Dash of Orange Bitters
• Top up with Tonic water
• Garnish with Lime wheel and Basil sprig
• Shake, strain into Highball glass with ice, top with tonic

Summer Irish

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Irish Whiskey (Calvados cask aged)
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Fresh Apple Juice
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Elderflower Liqueur
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon Juice
• ¼ oz. / 7 ml Simple syrup
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Sparkling wine
• Garnish with Apple wheel
• Shake, strain into Rocks glass with large ice cube, top with Sparkling wine

Saturn (Frozen Gin Cocktail)

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Gin
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
• ¼ oz. / 7 ml Falernum Syrup
• ¼ oz. / 7 ml Almond Syrup
• Garnish with Orange or Lemon peel
• Blend with ice, strain into Cocktail glass

Piña Colada Spritz

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Coconut Rum
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Cream of Coconut
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Coconut water (optional)
• ¼ oz. / 7 ml Lime juice
• Dry Sparkling Wine to top
• Garnish with Dried Pineapple
• Shake, strain into Hurricane glass with ice, top with Sparkling wine
