Ingredients

Ginger Melon

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Fresh Watermelon Juice
  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml London Dry Gin
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Homemade Ginger Syrup
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Garnish with a Watermelon piece dipped in Cajun spice
  • Shake, Coupe glass

Frozen Watermelon Smoothie (Non-alcoholic)

  • 5–7 oz. / 150–200 grams Frozen Watermelon Cubes
  • 3½ oz. / 100 grams Regular Ice Cubes (optional)
  • Zest of ½ Lime
  • 1 oz. / 30 Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 10 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Coconut Water (or green tea, pineapple juice, cucumber juice)
  • 1-2 oz. / 30-60 ml Rum (optional)
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Honey syrup or Agave syrup
  • Garnish with a Mint sprig
  • Blend, Hurricane glass with a straw

Watermelon Margarita

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Homemade Watermelon Syrup
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Triple Sec
  • Garnish with a Watermelon piece
  • Shake, Chilled Cocktail glass

Watermelon Kamikaze Shots

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Vodka
  • ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Yellow Watermelon Syrup
  • ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon or Lime Juice
  • 1 drop 20% Saline Solution (optional)
  • Shake, Shot glass

Nardec Rum Cooler

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Dark Rum (or Spiced Rum)
  • 4 heaping teaspoons Nardec (Watermelon Honey)
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Top up with 2 oz. / 60 ml Tonic water
  • Garnish with a Lemon wheel
  • Shake, Highball glass with ice

Recipe

Watermelon Syrup

  • 1 lb / 500 g Seedless watermelon cubes
  • ½ lb / 250 g Granulated sugar
  • Combine the watermelon and sugar, and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • Strain through a sieve to get the syrup.

Yellow Watermelon Syrup

  • 1 lb / 500 g Yellow watermelon cubes
  • ½ lb / 250 g Granulated sugar
  • Combine the yellow watermelon and sugar, and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • Strain through a sieve to get the syrup.
