Aperol Spritz (5 versions)

Ingredients

Spritz Veneziano

• 3 parts Prosecco
• 2 parts Aperitivo
• 1 part Soda
• Garnish with an olive

Limoncello Spritz

• 3 parts Dry Sparkling wine
• 2 parts Limoncello
• 1 part Soda
• Garnish with a Lemon slice

Aperol Betty

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Aperol
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Orange juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Grapefruit juice
• 3 oz. / 90 ml Sparkling wine
• Garnish with an Orange slice

Bicicletta

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Soda Water
• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Pinot Grigio white wine
• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Campari (or Aperitivo, to make it lighter)
• Garnish with an Orange slice

Lynchburg Spritz

• 1 ⅔ oz. / 50 ml Tennessee whiskey
• ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Amaro
• ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Lemon juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
• Top up with 2½ / 75 ml Soda Water
• Garnish with an Orange wedge
• Shake, Collins glass with ice
