Ingredients

• ½ oz. / 15 ml Aperol
• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Simple syrup (optional)
• 2½ oz. / 75 ml Grapefruit juice
• Garnish with Grapefruit peel
• Shake, Cocktail glass

Manbuca

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml American or Irish whiskey
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Sweet Vermouth
• ¼ oz. Sambuca
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Orange peel (or a couple of Cocktail cherries)
• Stir, serve in a Cocktail glass

Veneto

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Brandy
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Sambuca
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Simple syrup
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Egg white
• Garnish with Lemon peel
• Shake, Cocktail glass

Hakuna Matata

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Sambuca
• ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Grenadine
• ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Lemon juice
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Orange juice
• Top up with 2 oz. / 60 ml of Club Soda
• Garnish with an Orange peel
• Shake, Old fashioned glass
