• 1 oz. / 30 ml Gin
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
• 3 oz. / 90 ml Champagne (or other sparkling wine)
• Garnish with Lemon twist

Porn Star Highball

• ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Vodka (or Vanilla vodka)
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Vanilla syrup
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Passion fruit puree
• 3 oz. / 90 ml Sparkling wine
• Garnish with Orange slice

Lita Grey

• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Gin
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Apricot brandy liqueur
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Sloe Gin
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Sparkling wine
