GIN & TONIC is probably the most popular cocktail in the world. Although you can make a lot of variations just by mixing different kinds of gin with various tonics, it doesn't stop there. Today I’m making four variations including: Cranberry, Aperol, Melon and Sloe Gin & Tonic.

  • Top up with Indian Tonic

Aperol G&T

  • 2 oz. (60 ml) Dry Gin
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) Aperol (or other Aperitivo)

Melon G&T

  • 1½ oz. (45 ml) Dry Gin
