GIN & TONIC is probably the most popular cocktail in the world. Although you can make a lot of variations just by mixing different kinds of gin with various tonics, it doesn't stop there. Today I’m making four variations including: Cranberry, Aperol, Melon and Sloe Gin & Tonic.

Ingredients

Cranberry G&T

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Dry Gin
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Orange juice
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml Rich Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz. / 50 grams) Cranberries
  • Top up with Indian Tonic

Aperol G&T

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Dry Gin
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml Aperol (or other Aperitivo)
  • 5-6 Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Top up with Indian Tonic

Melon G&T

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Dry Gin
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Melon liqueur
  • ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Lime juice (optional)
  • Top up with Herbal Tonic

Sloe Gin & Tonic

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Sloe Gin
  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Dry Gin
  • ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Lime or Lemon juice
  • Top up with your favorite Tonic
