Welcome to Shot Roulette! I'm challenging friends (and myself!) to drink mystery shots with extreme flavors: spicy, sour, salty, or bitter. The goal is to keep a perfect poker face and guess who got the “hellish” shot to win. Expect hilarious reactions and intense deception. Who will master their poker face? Let's find out!
Palomita (Sour shot)
- ¾ oz. / 22 ml Grapefruit juice
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Tequila
- ¼ oz. / 7 ml Agave syrup
- For the sour shot: ~1 g citric acid dissolved in ¼ oz. / 7 ml water
Ocean Drop (Salty shot)
- ¾ oz. / 22 ml Fresh Cucumber juice
- ¼ oz. / 7 ml Lemon juice
- ¼ oz. / 7 ml Simple syrup
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Gin
- 1 drop of Saline solution (20 g salt in 80 ml water)
- Salty shot: additional ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Saline solution
Maserati (Not a bitter shot)
- ¾ oz. / 22 ml Sweet vermouth
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Select Aperitivo
- ¼ oz. / 7 ml Aperol
- ? oz. / 5 ml Cocktail cherry syrup
Ferrari (Bitter shot)
- 1 part Campari
- 1 part Fernet
- 7 dashes of Angostura bitters
Cape Shot (Spicy shot)
- ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Vodka
- ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Cranberry juice
- ? oz. / 5 ml Simple syrup
- ? oz. / 5 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Spicy shot: 1 drop Mad Dog 357 Silver Bullet Edition hot sauce (750,000 SHU)
