• 1 oz./ 30 ml Vodka
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup (optional)
• Top up with Club soda
• Garnish with a Lemon wheel
• Build, Collins glass

Singapore Sling

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml London Dry Gin
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Cherry Liqueur
• ¼ oz. / 7 ml Benedictine liqueur
• ¼ oz. / 7 ml Triple Sec (40%)
• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Pineapple juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
• 1 teaspoon Grenadine syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Pineapple slice and Maraschino cherry
• Shake, Collins glass with ice

• 200-300 grams Pineapple (cubed and frozen)
• 5 Ice cubes
• 2 oz. / 60 ml White rum
• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Cream of coconut
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice (optional, but recommended)
• Garnish with Pineapple leaves and a Pineapple wedge

Slippery Nipple

• ¼ oz. / 7 ml Grenadine
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Sambuca
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Irish cream liqueur

• ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Peach liqueur

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Triple sec
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Cranberry juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Clementine juice
• Garnish with Clementine peel
