Jagermeister and other bitter liqueurs

Ingredients

Ginger Love

• 1⅔ oz. / 50 ml Jagermeister Scharf
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Jack Daniel's whiskey
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Lemon juice
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Rich Ginger Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• 10 leaves Mint
• 2 drops Saline Solution
• Garnish with mint and Candied Ginger
• Shake, Cocktail glass

Coffee M&M

• ½ oz. / 15 ml Amaro Gentile
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Amaro d‘Erbe del Fattore
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Brandy infused with coffee
• Garnish with a Lemon peel
• Stir, Old fasnioned glass with an ice ball

Gold Rusher

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Bourbon or Blended Scotch
• ½ oz. / 30 ml Fernet
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice
• ½ oz. Ginger syrup
• ½ oz. Honey syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish with a Mint sprig
• Shake, Old fashioned glass with ice

Ferrari shot

• 1 part Campari
• 1 part Fernet

Red Love

• 1⅔ oz. / 50 ml Gorki list
• ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Raspberry or Strawberry syrup
• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Lemon juice
• 3 oz. / 90 ml Pinapple juice
• Top up with Sprite / 7Up
• Shake, Highball glass with ice

Far Eastern Twist

• 1⅔ oz. / 50 ml Ussuri Balsam
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Dark Rum
• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Ginger syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Lemon juice (optional)
• Garnish with Candied Ginger
• Shake, Old fashioned glass with ice
