I made Mojito, Margarita and Negroni using vodka instead of rum, tequila and gin.
Vodka Margarita
- 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka (not Tequila)
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Orange liqueur (like Triple sec)
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Lime juice
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Agave syrup
- Garnish with a Lime wheel and salt
Vodka Negroni
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Vermouth
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Campari
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Vodka (not Gin)
- 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish with Orange peel
Vodka Mojito
- ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Demerara sugar syrup
- 6 to 8 fresh Mint leaves
- 2-3 oz. / 60-90 ml Club soda
- 1 Lime, divided
- 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka (not Light Rum)
Vodka Espresso
- 2 oz. + 1 tsp. / 65 ml Vodka
- 1 oz. + 1 tsp. / 35 ml Espresso
- ⅔ oz / 20 ml Demerara sugar syrup (or vanilla syrup)
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans
