St. Patrick’s Day 2025

Ingredients

Guinness Kir

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Blackcurrant liqueur (Creme de Cassis)
• Top with Guinness or any other stout

Alexander Patrick

• 1⅔ oz. / 50 ml Apple-infused Irish whiskey
• ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Rhubarb liqueur with mint (or Benedictine)
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Cream (20%)
• Garnish with grated Nutmeg

Go Green aka Irish Toad

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Irish whiskey
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Fino Sherry
• Juice of ½ lime
• Several slices of Granny Smith apple
• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Vanilla or honey syrup
• Garnish with Green basil or an Apple slice

Mint Chocolate Martini

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Bailey’s Irish Cream
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Mint liqueur
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Irish whiskey
• 1 teaspoon Cacao powder
• Garnish with something grated
• Shake, Cocktail glass

Irish Car Bomb

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Irish whiskey
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Bailey’s Irish Cream
• Top with Guinness or any stout

St. Patrick’s Flip

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Irish whiskey
• ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Maple syrup
• 1 egg yolk
• Top ⅓ of the glass with Guinness (for froth)
• Garnish with grated Cinnamon or Nutmeg
