Ingredients

Blood & Sand

• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Scotch whisky
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Sweet vermouth
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Cherry brandy liqueur
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
• Garnish with Orange peel
• Shake, cocktail glass

Bay Breeze

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Vodka
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Cranberry juice
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Pineapple juice
• Garnish with Lime wheel
• Build in highball glass with ice

Paper Plane

• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Bourbon
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Aperol
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Amaro Nonino
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
• Garnish with Lemon twist
• Shake, cocktail glass

Sunflower

• ¾ oz. / 22 ml London Dry Gin
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Triple sec
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Elderflower liqueur
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
• Spray the glass with Absinthe
• Garnish with Lemon twist
• Shake, cocktail glass

Adonis

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Fino sherry
• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Sweet vermouth
• 1 dash Orange bitters (optional)
• Garnish with Orange twist
• Stir, cocktail glass
