Tequila Highball

Ingredients

• 1½ oz. (45 ml) Tequila Añejo
• ⅓ oz. (10 ml) Elderflower liqueur
• ⅓ oz. (10 ml) Simple or Agave syrup
• ½ oz. (15 ml) Lime juice
• 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
• Top up with Soda water
