I'm making cocktails with the word “Lady” in their name, including the classic Pink Lady, White Lady, Spicy Dead Lady, and more! I'll be joined by photographer Alexandra, and Nastya as we taste these delicious drinks while honoring the history of Women’s Day.

Ingredients

Pink Lady

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml London Dry Gin
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Applejack or Calvados
  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Rich Simple syrup (2:1)
  • ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Grenadine syrup
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Egg white
  • Garnish with Homemade Maraschino cherry
  • Shake, cocktail glass

White Lady

  • 1⅔ oz. / 50 ml London Dry Gin
  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml Triple Sec
  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ? oz. / 5 ml RIch Simple syrup (2:1), optional
  • 3 drops Saline solution (4:1)
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Egg white
  • Garnish with Lemon peel
  • Shake, cocktail glass

Spicy Dead Lady

  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml Mezcal (or tequila for less smokiness)
  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml Aperol or other Aperitivo liqueur
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Falernum syrup or ¾ oz. / 22 ml Falernum liqueur
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 dash Hot sauce
  • Garnish with Dried Lemon wheel
  • Shake, Cocktail glass

Apricot Lady Sour

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml White rum
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Apricot Brandy liqueur
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Lemon juice
  • ¼ oz. / 7 ml Rich simple syrup
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Egg white (optional)
  • Garnish with Lemon wheel
  • Shake, Old-fashioned glass with ice

Sweet Lady No. 2

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Blanco Tequila
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Coconut liqueur (Malibu)
  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Pineapple juice (preferrably freshly squeezed)
  • ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Blue Cura?ao (drizzle on top)
  • Shake, Collins glass with ice
  • Garnish with something Pineappley
